Child & Family Support Worker
We are seeking an amazing Child and Family Support Worker. The successful candidate will be passionate about children’s emotional well-being, innovative and solution focused and skilled at liaising with parents and professionals to ensure that every child has the best start in life. They must be able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role. They will have the confidence to work in partnership with senior leaders, the Trust central team and governors, as well as liaise with external agencies at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as the successful candidate will be attending child protection conferences and completing detailed logs and reports. The successful candidate will be fully conversant with Keeping Children Safe requirements and will have experience in safeguarding practice and policy across a school setting.
